How to access otrs html page? -


i want access otrs html page change customer page came after login page. have search on remote server otrs located did not found html page. body know can that?

otrs not use pure html pages uses templates in calls .dtl format, valid html placeholder tags rendered when accessing pages.

the files located in <otrs directory>/kernel/output/html/standard/. template customer login page called customerlogin.dtl , located in directory.

the <otrs_directory> dependent on os , installation. typically, on linux, /opt/otrs , on windows c:\otrs\otrs.

this said, many changes customer portal, such changing of text, or placing logo, actuallty don't need modify templates @ can changing configuration via web interface. please read documentation this.

also, starting otrs version 3.4 out summer, otrs no longer use home-brew 'dtl' templates rather use template toolkit, standard perl templating engine, templating solution. mean extension of templates change .dtl .tt then.
