android - how to find latitude and longitude every second without using GPS -


i want find latitude , longitude of user current position , insert in db every second. , drawer path according latitude , longitude of user move on location without using gps

if don't want use gps can use services use wlan, bluetooth or celltower information determine position of device. example mozilla location service.
