you can "convert" website app, building wrapper, or browser, works website, cannot convert app website easily.

you can write c# apps , use xamarin them operate on android.

you convert c# code java using code converter.

these pretty options, , both won't easy seem expect. i'd xamarin best option, requires least effort. have no experience it, might requires time copy code on , recompile app using xamarin.
