sql server - Diagnose SSMS connection issue with Azure VM -


i created virtual machine , install our own copy of ms sql2016. can connect fine vm when try connect outside (my office) cannot find network instance. have tried server name (mapped in host file) dns name connected public ip , public ip. have enabled tcp/ip protocol , set port (1433), set windows firewall rule, set incoming rule in network security group, read articles , tried many things still same message .

anyone have idea?
