database - Maximo - Import the Include/Exclude Fields file into Object Structure -

i have downloaded include exclude/fields file object structure. contains field name , yorn value if include field or not.

i wondering if knows of guide, or if can guide me (if it's possible) on how import file object structure.

if not possible, there quicker way update include/exclude fields in object structure, there on 500 fields go through?
