it useful include commits included in latest version compared uploaded one.

we use teamcity build , step upload hockeyapp, i'm not sure how can add mentioned part.

you can use teamcity rest api same information you'll find on changes ui tab in teamcity. parse these changes out like, , can include them in hockeyapp release notes when upload.
