objective c - Does iOS' 8 iCloud Drive enable different users to share files? -

i understand icloud drive makes easy individual user save file cloud , work on of his or own devices, i.e. solo use case.

my question is: new icloud drive, can different users, different apple accounts (not in same family), share , collaborate on files? e.g. ios 8 app bunch of users collaborate on, say, video editing project heavy raw footage video files shared on icloud drive?

cloudkit backend app usage developers. has nothing icloud drive user accounts. time tell how sharing works icloud drive.
