What version of the Android stock web browser should I develop for? -


i have galaxy tab 3 running kitkat , android browser version 4.

i've noticed flex doesn't work unless use old -webkit-box syntax svgs aren't great when using them in image tag.

so got me wondering should developing this? if not version of stock android browser should developing for?
