sharepointdocumentlibrary - SharePoint 2013 "cobalt exception error" -


i have weird problem sharepoint. i've uploaded file on document library , seems in order. after few days file doesn't work , when try download red label appear cobalt exception message.

it seems file become corrupted doesn't happen normal situation. have blob stream configuration sharepoint?
