kml open data file can be seen in Google earth but not in google map api application -


i've downloaded kml file open data website of french city (this kml file can seen correctly in google earth), can't see in application in google map api (i use object "google.maps.kmllayer" works fine own kml files)

do see why? have solution solve problem?
