loading - website loads indefinitely, when browser is set to proxy -


i don't know, if valid question or duplicate. atleast, didn't find such question in website , hence trying seek advice.

i have website , when try open same customer's office environment loads indefinitely , appear other times doesnt.

when visit customer office, try access website through customer's internet infrastructure , have set proxy settings in firefox browser.

what settings (if any) / improvement (if any) have improve site loading when accessed under proxy ?
