magento - Automatically create configurable products from list of simple products in csv file -


i using magmi import products magento.

i have long list of simple products in spreadsheet , right pain going through , adding configurable product row each set of products manually. of course error prone.

i wonder if there way of processing sheet automatically add in configurable product rows. it's easy see when 1 set of products changes another.

i've browsed lots of forums , tried through excel can't seem find way of doing it. has suggestions please?
