knockout.js - kncokout, flat ui and bootstrap binding issue -


we using flat ui in project , have ui issues.

  1. file upload control issue.
  2. radio buttons/check boxes/drop downs css issue.

file upload:

normal html (design time) when select file it's showing change , remove button file name. whereas in durandal application it's not showing change/remove , file name in control, showing select button only.

check box/radio button/dropdown

check box:

normal html page displaying proper style , color.

in project, controls not displaying , binding not working. if remove css working fine.
