java - How to get an image on top of other apps and homescreen like 'broken screen' apps -


i've been reading posts find topic not find answer i'm looking for.

there's lot of apps 'pranks' show bugs running on screen or cracks in screen. these seen on top of everything: homescreens other apps etc.

i've found methods service adding view, these require permissions. apps i'm talking don't require permissions or 1 image acces.

can point me in right direction on how this?
