Responsive wordpress site using Twitter Bootstrap -


i working on blog redesign , acquainted responsive design. not familiar wordpress though, thinking of using twitter bootstrap. question is, if customize stylesheets , other files(like header.php etc) can bootstrap update erase changes? bets way keep bootstrap base , building there? have design specs designer, have customize or build scratch.
