SharePoint List/Excel to Ms Access splitting at delimiter -


i have sharepoint list, employees go in , fill in information, export list excel (in company, access , sharepoint don't play each other) , import access run reports. it's great, except 1 column. employees can work in multiple counties, on sharepoint have column can select multiple counties...the problem is, when export excel looks this:

[county] outagamie;#1

[county] ashland;#35;#bayfield;#66;#douglas;#67;#iron;#68

i want county names:

[county] outagamie

[county] ashland, bayfield, douglas, iron

again employees may have 1 county, have 5 or 6. know can formula in excel, i'm trying make easy on other people run report, import excel file , run reports based on queries.

for love of god, think easy thing in access query, when research this, find ways in excel. there has way in access. please help...

hummm, seems find/replace trick.
