beanstalkd - Duplicate job name in the beanstalk queue -


our system process many jobs queue , there times jobs not yet finish processing. there chance our system put jobs same name of jobs process.

is there checker tell job same name in queue before add in queue?

beanstalkd not have facility things within - it's job-queue, not giant array. other things can used in conjunction though, allow random access data record if has been done.

if know jobs have specific identifier, put them redis or memcached, form of prefix, , possibly expiry beyond won't stored.

redis allows other data structures well, such bloom filters , redis-native hyperloglog.
