windows - "Experience ID must be a valid guid" when trying to publish device metadata -


we have usb device here, want publish device metadata shows under "devices , printers". created (using device metadata authoring wizard windows 7) , signed package, when upload package in (old) hardware dev center after time in status "pending" experience id must valid guid.: error

what wrong package?

i can't find "experience id" - there "experience name" , "package friendly name" , tried several combinations of them same result...
