hadoop - Fail to read .zip file in spark -


i able read .gz files through spark csv , getting expected result. while trying read .zip file spark giving unexpected results wv�j�.f�t n .

i have visited "https://github.com/apache/hadoop/tree/trunk/hadoop-common-project/hadoop-common/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/io/compress", didn't find compression codec .zip file.

i searched on stackoverflow didn't satisfactory result that.

please provide more information if has faced same issue or have solution on that.
