java - F12 not working on IE Model window on Windows 10 -


f12 (developer tool) not working on ie model window on windows 10.

option 1 have done below changes windows 7 , 8 working same thing not working window 10.
go tools / internet options / security / (pick right zone site) / custom level under "miscellaneous" under "allow websites open windows without address or status bars", choose "disable". (debug modal dialog (showmodaldialog) in ie)

option 2 have tried launch debugger tool "c:\windows\system32\f12\f12chooser" ... can see model window option "choose target debug" debugger tool not launched model window.
