search - how to filter lotus notes email to show only calendar invite -


from personal point of view, use gmail.

i find web based email easy access, of use gmail 1) space, 2) search , filter 3) organisation abilities (labels aka tags) etc.

in lotus notes few hundred email @ time, , struggle find emails have been invited meeting or meeting attending has been updated, cancelled or rescheduled.

why want find emails notifying me of calendar invites? why don't use calendar?

i don't use calendar because whenever right click , select accept says "you must accept first version of invitation (which somewhere in email).

hence problem.

does know how filter (i think of gmail search operations from: to: date:) calendar invites lotus notes?

i want show:

calendar invites have not accepted?

calendar invites have had description updated

calendar invites rescheduled

calendar invites have been cancelled

all above lost in normal mail.

just use miniview in calendar (left lower corner), shows documents interested in. or create new view selection formula:

select form = "notice"

this view show notices.

if database has fulltext, can open searchbar , use query

[form] = notice

or

field form = notice

to find corresponding entries.
